Bierut

Michael Bierut is a partner at Pentagram, whose work I deeply admire not only for its visual excellence, but for the clarity and rigor of the thinking behind it. I fell in love with his usage of typography, expressive when needed, invisible when appropriate. Through a poster, motion graphic, booklet, and web assets, I explored how his principles of storytelling, restraint, and purposeful design decision-making can be interpreted and re-expressed through my own creative process.
